McClain County D.A. Asks To Recuse Self From Police Chief Embezzlement Case

OKLAHOMA CITY -- The McClain County District Attorney has asked to be taken off the case involving the Wayne police chief.

D.A. Greg Mashburn asked the Attorney General to recuse him from the case of Wayne Police Chief Ronald Reagan, who is facing embezzlement charges.

Mashburn asked to be taken off the case, saying his office may have to testify in the case.
