ENID, Oklahoma -- Enid police arrested an 18-year-old linked to multiple car burglaries after one of his victims caught him during a robbery.

Two Enid police officers were sent to a report of a car burglary in progress at about 11:30 p.m. on October 14. They were told that the victim was holding a suspect on the ground.

Upon arrival, the officers identified the suspect as 18-year-old Trevor Jordon Mills, of Enid.

According to the victim, he had driven home and observed Mills next to his vehicle. When the victim approached the teen, he noticed some of his property in the suspect's hands. The victim chased the suspect and caught him approximately four blocks from where the incident started.

Officers recovered multiple items, including GPS devices, phones, iPods, DVD players and a wallet belonging to the victim. Police also seized marijuana and CDS from Mills. Some of the recovered property was linked to four burglaries in the area on October 13.

Trevor Mills was booked into Garfield County Detention Center on complaints of burglary to auto, three counts of knowingly concealing stolen property, possession of marijuana and possession of CDS.

The investigation is ongoing to determine if Mills is linked to any other car or home burglaries.
