Barn Builder at Center of Consumer Watch Investigation

It's not every day we hear a contractor admit he's "robbing Peter to pay Paul", but those were the exact words a barn builder used. But he also says he's not the one to blame.

But there are seven angry customers who say someone needs to be held responsible. Nearly all of them say he started their barns, but never finished.
