Motorcyclist Killed in Weekend Collision

OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City Police say a motorcycle wreck killed a man Saturday.

According to police, 43-year-old Turk Jay Secrest was killed after being hit on a motorcycle by an oncoming SUV. Police said Secrest and another motorcyclist were riding eastbound in the right lane of N.W. 10th Street between Morgan and County Line roads when the SUV made a right turn from the left lane onto a private drive. The SUV collided with the motorcycles.

Secrest was pronounced dead at the scene and the other rider was transported to a local hospital in stable condition.
