Slight Risk of Storms in Oklahoma's Weekend Forecast

Saturday and Sunday will start off mild with temperatures in the low 70s and winds at 15 to 25 mph, but there will be a slight risk of storms this weekend.

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Saturday and Sunday will start off mild with temperatures in the low 70s and winds at 15 to 25 mph, but there will be a slight risk of storms this weekend.

The afternoons will heat up with highs getting up into the low 90s and muggy conditions.

Late Saturday there could be a few isolated storms in central Oklahoma, with the greatest risk of storms in northwestern Oklahoma. There is a slight risk for even some severe storms in northwestern Oklahoma.

Sunday looks very similar with just a slight chance for a few storms in central Oklahoma, but a chance for severe storms in northwestern Oklahoma late Sunday into early Monday.
