OKLAHOMA CITY -- Authorities have canceled a Silver Alert for 63-year-old Carolyn Sue Phillips.
Phillips was last seen at the Heritage Park Nursing Facility in Bethany around 8 p.m. Sunday, but returned safely to the nursing home Monday morning.
