Man Assaults Tellers During Bank Robbery

MIDWEST CITY, Oklahoma -- Police are searching for a suspect in the violent bank robbery at the Bank of the West in Midwest City Saturday.

Police said a white male wearing a ski mask and armed with a black pistol walked into the bank and demanded money. The robber then hit one of the tellers and kicked another.

Authorities said they believe the man is also responsible for several other metro area robberies.
