OKLAHOMA CITY – One man was killed in a shooting this morning in northwest Oklahoma City.
Oklahoma City Police were called to a home in the 1000 block of N.W. 89th Street at about 2 a.m. this morning.
Officers said they found 20-year-old Cesar Alfaro fleeing the scene on foot and later took him into custody. Investigators then went inside the home and found a man who had been shot to death.
Alfaro was taken to an area hospital where he was treated for a cut on his hand, released and then booked into the Oklahoma County jail on one count of first-degree murder.
Investigators are currently interviewing witnesses.
The victim's name has not been released pending notification of next-of-kin.
