OKLAHOMA CITY -- An Oklahoma City woman who allegedly searched the Internet for recipes for human bodies has been ordered to stand trial for murder although her husband's body was never found.
Oklahoma County Special Judge Larry Jones on Friday ordered 37-year-old Exondia J. Salado to stand trial in the October 2007 death of Manuel Salado. She has pleaded innocent.
According to testimony, Salado researched how to cut up a body, how to keep a hostage, how to build a barbecue pit and how a body decomposes. One article entered as evidence was titled "Butchering the Human Carcass for Human Consumption."
