San Francisco is undertaking a study that will consider the feasibility of a mileage tax. Putting GPS monitors in motorists' vehicles and charging them, like a nickel or a dime per mile they drive. To me it sounds just ridiculous enough to happen.Wednesday, July 25th 2012, 11:52 pm
