EDMOND, Okla. -- Voters in Edmond are going to the polls for a second time in just five weeks to vote on two propositions totaling more than $36 million.

The first proposition would provide improvements for Edmond Schools. The improvements would be mostly related to technology and buying new computers.

The second proposition is just $800,000, and would help buy new transportation equipment including school buses.

The vote will happen in Edmond on Tuesday.

Down in Cleveland County, voters will decide on a one-fourth cent county sales tax for the construction of a new $40 million jail.

The tax would last for 20 years, or until the bond debt is retired.

For the last several years, the current Cleveland County jail has been above capacity.
