Voters report of problems at some metro polling locations

Oklahoma voters are expected to turn out in record numbers. There were lines at several voting locations this morning before the doors even opened.

NEWS 9 has received a few calls from viewers reporting minor glitches and issues.

At precinct 444, questions were raised regarding showing a photo ID before voting at the Mayflower Congregational Church.

The solitary voting machine in Stanford hall at Langston University is reportedly taking ballots, but they do not appear to register.

The American Legion polling location, 6101 NW 50th, as well as the Springdale Alliance Church polling location, 4231 NW 50th, reportedly has broken machines. Poll workers allegedly told voters they would have to leave their ballots and they will insert them in the machines when they are fixed.

A voter from the Crown Heights Baptist Church, 4802 N Western, reported the manager of the IBC bank, 4716 N Western, had the cars of people who parked in the bank's parking lot while they voted towed.

Another polling place near 15th Street and Santa Fe and Western avenues allegedly has so many voters that drivers can't get through streets.

A voter that voted at the Del City Community Center, near SE 15th Street and Interstate 40, said the machine was not accepting ballots. A worker allegedly told her and others to lay their ballots face down next to the machine.
