LEXINGTON, Okla. -- Teresa Caldwell can't figure how she was supposed to change TV channels with a set of dental impressions.

Caldwell had requested a new remote control from her satellite provider. When the box arrived earlier this month from DISH Network she was surprised to find a remote control user's guide, but no remote. Instead the box contained a set of dental impressions.

"I about freaked out," she said. "It's gross. That's somebody's mouth."

Caldwell said she had a difficult time getting a customer service representative to send her the remote in the first place and wonders if the company was trying to send her a message.

"Well, maybe we argued, maybe I raised my voice," she said. "Maybe he's trying to say I had a big mouth, but I didn't."

DISH Network has sent a new remote. They mistakenly sent two, and now Teresa is stuck calling customer service again.

"Of course, I've got to go through the whole story again," she said.

DISH Network Corporate Communications issued a statement saying: "DISH Network began examining the situation as soon as we were made aware of what happened. We are continuing to investigate the origin and route of the package the customer received."
