We are in Baton Rouge still, and wrapping up our final assignment.
Power is slowly being restored to this city and damage here is a little more evident than in New Orleans, but a lot less severe than those communitites in the coast.
We are ending our trip on a good note tonight, a story of survival from a family tucked away deep into what's conisered cajun country in southeast Louisiana. This area was certainly blessed in so many ways.
There is no comparing this storm to Rita or Katrina, in my opinion, but it'll be weeks and months before anything here is back to what's normal.
From here tonight we travel to Beaumont, Texas and tomorrow morning we will go home.
Have a great night oklahoma !
