MIDWEST CITY, Okla. - Police are looking for a man who allegedly killed one woman and injured another in a hit-and-run last week.

A manslaughter arrest warrant was issued Tuesday for Torrez Ceasar, 34.

Police said they think Ceasar was the driver of the car that struck Jasmine Lee, 18, and RoseMary Taylor, 19, as they tried to cross NE 10 near Woodside Drive on July 8. Lee was killed in the collision.

The car was found late Thursday evening in the driveway of a northeast Oklahoma City home.

Investigators interviewed Ceasar and his girlfriend, who is the owner of the vehicle, early in the investigation following an anonymous tip.  Ceasar denied having any knowledge of the car or the collision, police said.

Later, witnesses told police Ceasar drove the suspect vehicle before and after the crash and then recruited a family member to drive the Impala to the home where it was found, officers said.

Police have been unable to locate Ceasar since then and said he should be considered dangerous. Police ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call (405) 739-1306.
