A man accused of killing his wife is awaiting extradition from Florida to Oklahoma.
Mark Bixler, 39, was arrested Monday in the Florida panhandle. Authorities said he allegedly killed his wife Renee Bixler.
Renee Bixler's body was found Saturday morning in her home near Hallett, Okla.
"She was brutally beaten and possibly stabbed with a sharp object," Major Mike Waters with the Pawnee County sheriff's department.
