Lanes close after car crashes through fence

Police have responded to a crash-collision on the Interstate 240 access road between Bryant and Eastern avenues, authorities said.

 Emergency crews are working to get one, possibly two people, out of the vehicle.

The car drove off the roadway, into a fence, before coming to a stop in between the interstate and access road.

One person has been transported to the hospital, authorities said.

Both lanes of the access road are shut down as crews continue to work the scene.
