Another broad daylight burglary left a metro family with lost valuables. Robert Dail didn't have surveillance video installed around his home, and he wasn't able to capture footage of the suspected robbers. Even without the evidence, investigators said the description of the crime is close to another incident that happened to a separate metro family.

Dail's home was broken into after his front door was kicked in by burglars. The burglary happened a few weeks ago while he was on vacation. Neighbors noticed the door was open and Dail's Chevy Tahoe was missing from the driveway.

The crime happened in broad daylight in a quiet neighborhood in southwest Oklahoma City. Dail flew back home and did a quick assessment of his home.

"They just took everything and just dumped it," Dail said. "Every drawer, everything they were going through everything."

Unlike the burglary reported earlier this week, Dail said he didn't lose many valuable possessions.

"If I'd been in the backyard and or in the shower and they knocked a few times and I came out, I might have been face to face with them," Dail said.

According to the police report, the burglars from the other break-in were armed. Police believe they stole Dail's printer and DVD player because they were looking for some quick cash. They were able to recover Dail's Tahoe at an apartment complex.
