Girl taken from Wal-Mart not in danger

NORMAN, Okla. -- The girl thought to be abducted from a Norman Wal-Mart today is no longer thought to be in danger.

Anisa Sky Gomez was shopping with her grandfather at the superstore when Anisa's father came to pick her up.

Neither Anisa's father nor mother have custody of the child, which caused the grandfather to call police and report the case as an abduction, police said.

Authorities said the case is a civil matter and there is no reason for them to think the child is in danger.
