At 11 a.m. power was restored after a dump truck caused power outages across eastern Oklahoma County on Friday morning, OG&E officials said.

No injuries were reported, but 15,000 customers reportedly were without power at 10 a.m.

The truck was unloading gravel when it struck power lines, which knocked out power to five metro area substations, officials said.
