Norman residents voted last night to keep their library in the same place it has been since the 60s.

The $49.5 million bond vote failed Tuesday night. However, Norman voters did approve a half-cent sales tax for the next seven years to help add 41 police officers and 30 firefighters in the Cleveland County city.
