After deadly, tornadic storms ravaged eastern portions of Oklahoma Saturday afternoon/evening, the workweek will start off on a quiet note. Sunny skies are forecast for Monday with highs reaching the 70s and lower 80s. South winds, however, will increase to 15-25 mph with higher gusts in the advance of Tuesday's storm system.
The chance for showers and thunderstorms, some possibly severe Tuesday, will remain in the forecast through Thursday, and possibly linger into Friday.
