Edmond Police looking for burglar

Edmond Police are asking for the public's help in locating a burglary suspect.

Edmond Police are asking for the public's help in locating a burglary suspect.

Police said several homes in the Olde Town neighborhood were broken into recently. Some of the items stolen include laptops and a man's wallet. Police say these burglaries are happening during the middle of the day.

"They are knocking on the doors first to see if anybody is home, and if they are not home, or no one answers the door, they kick the door in," said Glynda Chu, spokesperson for the Edmond Police Department.

Edmond Police said similar burglaries have been reported in Oklahoma City.
