Charges filed for shower photos

TULSA, Okla. (AP) - A Tulsa man has been charged with lewd molestation for taking photos of an 8-year-old girl while she was showering in her home in Broken Arrow.

Police say Michael Lloyd Baker was hired to paint at the home when he managed to get into the bathroom where the girl was in the shower and took pictures of her.

Baker is also charged with burglary after police found a master key card that was reported stolen by a Broken Arrow hotel.

Court records indicate Baker was released from prison in October after serving nine years of a 15-year sentence for second-degree burglary. The Department of Corrections shows he also has previous convictions for indecent exposure and possession of a firearm.
