Tulsa, Okla. -- Jury selection is set to begin Monday in Tulsa for the first-degree murder trial of a day care owner in the death of a 2-year-old boy.

Vicki Leigh Chiles is accused of tying the hands of Joshua Minton on May 17th then putting tape over his mouth because he wouldn't be quiet during nap time.

The day before the boy's death Chiles was charged with felony child abuse for hitting an 8-year-old special-needs boy with a flyswatter in April.
