Car chase ends with an arrest

A man was arrested for eluding police and a traffic violation on Monday afternoon after he led police on a car chase from Oklahoma City into Moore, police said.

A man was arrested for eluding police and a traffic violation on Monday afternoon after he led police on a car chase from Oklahoma City into Moore, police said.

An Oklahoma City Police motorcyclist began chasing the suspect on Interstate 240. The suspect got out of his car and ran into a house at NE 12 St. and Lincoln Ave. in Moore.

The man then led police on a foot-chase through a field, where he was eventually caught and arrested.

No names have been released at this time.
