Separate fires damaged two Oklahoma City homes late Sunday and early Monday, authorities said.

Flames were spreading quickly when firefighters arrived at 10816 Bayberry Drive about 9:20 p.m. Sunday. The blaze began after a resident lit the fireplace trying to warm the home, firefighters said. Flames quickly spread up walls and into the attic.

Early Monday, a vacant home at 110 SW 40 was damaged by fire, authorities said. The home reportedly had no working utilities and firefighters could not determine the exact cause of the blaze, which began about 4:20 a.m.

No injuries were reported in either house fire, officials said.

Below is a map of these two fires and another fire in Del City that burned abandoned buildings  Sunday.
