They're already a part of our everyday lives, so it's fitting that our pets also be involved in our spiritual lives. This weekend, the Oklahoma Humane Society is partnering with area churches for a pet blessing.

The first pet blessing is this Saturday from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Westminster Presbyterian Church. The blessing will take place in the church's north parking lot.

Human Society board member Don Bobzien came to the NEWS 9 studio to discuss more.
