A second new witness has come forward in the case of a missing 13-year-old girl.  The News On 6 reported last week about a man who'd seen Cori and her sister's boyfriend driving recklessly near 71st and Riverside the day she disappeared last November.  That story prompted another witness to recall seeing the same car, the same day.

News On 6 crime reporter Lori Fullbright reports police say the new information is helping them determine where to search for Cori Baker, who's believed to be dead.  Her older sister's boyfriend has been charged in the murder.

Police took a look at the area on Tuesday in advance of a big search and guess what they found nearby--cameras.

Detectives from Tulsa's major crimes unit are checking out the area near 51st and South Elwood, to see what type of resources they might need to conduct a full-scale search for Cori Baker.

"We had a follow-up call from a woman who was eastbound on I-44 between 4:30 and 4:45 when a red firebird, the suspect vehicle, driven by a young male, nearly ran her off the road eastbound," said TPD Sgt. Mike Huff.

This comes after another man saw the Firebird with Cori Baker and Marquis Bullock inside, fighting and speeding at 71st and Riverside about 10 to 15 minutes earlier the same day.

Based on the new information, police believe they need to search west of the River and they've asked OHP for help.

"We looked and saw DOT cameras pointed in the direction of vehicle travel. We're looking into the cameras, investigating anything that might lead us to help find this missing girl," said OHP Lt. George Brown.

Detectives say they're working on the case every day and many law enforcement agencies in the area are willing to help with it.

"We absolutely want to solve this case and recover this little girl. This is obviously a tremendous tragedy for the family and it affects us too," said Sgt. Huff.

Police are still asking anyone who remembers seeing a red Firebird or Cori or Marquis on November 9th, to call in with the information because every little bit helps add to the puzzle.

They are still looking for a purse with a Union school logo, a silver CD player, a striped polo style shirt and some blue jeans in the case also.
