Surgeon General to speak about alcohol abuse

Underage alcohol is the topic at hand this week when the US Surgeon General pays a visit to our state. Rear Admiral Dr. Steven Galson will be here as part of a national tour focusing on underage alcohol abuse.

He'll speak Wednesday during a town hall meeting at 7:30 p.m. at the Oklahoma History Center.

Galson will also speak Thursday at OU's College of Public Health at noon. Both events are free and open to the public.
