ODOT warning and advice for driving Tuesday

Travel in the metro area remains treacherous after light freezing drizzle fell throughout the night. 

Even though OKlahoma Department of Transportation crews have been in force since about midnight, treating area highways, several accidents occurred overnight. 

The drizzle may have diminished significantly but slick roadways remain and are expected to remain slick through Tuesday's rush hour.

Motorists should allow extra time to reach there destinations and unnecessary travel is discouraged.
