There is a slight chance of light snow occurring across northern Oklahoma tonight as a disturbance moves across the Southern Plains.

No significant accumulation is expected. Ice could form overnight.

Unseasonably cold air and moderate winds will result in wind chills in the single digits tonight across much of northern and west-central Oklahoma.

A strong arctic cold front will move through the area next Monday as well. Temperatures will remain near or below seasonal averages over most of the Southern Plains through the weekend.

There is a chance for accumulating ice or snow, mainly in central and eastern Oklahoma.

The exact timing and impact from this weather system will likely become better-defined by late this weekend into early next week.
