Donnell Hardimon, 17, was shot at least twice Tuesday night after a fight erupted in a crowded parking lot at Putnam City High School, police said.

Hardimon was in the lower back, police said, but no word has been released on his condition.

The post-game brawl reportedly involved students from Putnam City and archrival Putnam City North High School. Putnam City had actually banned Hardimon from the school property last year.

The suspect was described by witnesses as a black man wearing a white T-shirt. He was last seen running east from Putnam City High School at 5300 NW 50 St.

The shooting victim was listed in critical condition at Presbyterian Hospital. He was not a student at either school, police said.

Further details weren't immediately available late Tuesday.
