Heart and Sole Health Fair offers help

Integris is helping you reach your goals of better health in 2008.

Marge Jantzen joined NEWS9's  to discuss the Integris' Heart and Sole Health Fair coming up later this week.

Heart & Sole Health Fair takes place Friday, Jan. 18 from 9 a.m. to noon at Integris Southwest.

A Senior Strength Training session will also be offered, on Wednesday, Jan. 16 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Integris Southwest.
