Tips to prevent windshield cracks

Windshield repair experts said they're seeing a lot of damage from salt, debris and bad roads after the ice storm. They said driver's shouldn't wait to fix chips and cracks.

"People don't realize, but if you repair this stuff when it's small, quarter size or less, it will keep the window from cracking out," said repair expert Alan Geiger.
