Education Week's annual "Quality Counts" report ranks Oklahoma 28th overall with a "C" grade, the same as the national average.

The report grades all 50 states on more than 50 indicators.

Oklahoma scored above the national average for some categories including teacher evaluations, and below average in other categories including K through 12 achievements.
