'Dark Side of the Rainbow' screening brings Pink Floyd and Oz to Guthrie Green

A one-of-a-kind audiovisual event is happening Saturday evening at Guthrie Green, where organizers are blending Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon with the classic film The Wizard of Oz.

The free, all-ages event begins at 7:30 p.m. and is titled “Dark Side of the Rainbow,” based on the long-standing theory that the 1973 album syncs perfectly with the film’s visuals.

To add to the experience, nearby restaurant En Fuego will be offering a limited-edition cocktail called the Ruby Red Slipper for attendees to enjoy.
