EMA issued for Broken Arrow teen

An Endangered Missing Advisory has been issued for Shane Hall last seen on foot in Broken Arrow April 18 according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol on behalf of the Broken Arrow Police Department.

Hall was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black sweatpants, white tennis shoes and black Nike backpack according to the report.
