An Oklahoma City custodian is in custody after recording devices were discovered by investigators at a local news station and preschool.

According to a probable cause statement, Miguel Sierra Meza was employed as part of a cleaning crew that operated at the businesses in question.

Investigators say a victim noticed dust falling in her lap from the ceiling. She looked up and discovered a recording device in the air conditioning vent above the bathroom stall. She notified her supervisor.

Police said the recording devices at both locations contained multiple videos of adults and children using the restroom.

At the time of Meza's arrest, police said he was in possession of a thumb drive. Investigators obtained a search warrant for the thumb drive, noting that the recording devices had the capability of having thumb drive access.

Court documents state Meza himself is visible in recordings placing the cameras in the vent at the news station.

Meza is being held on a bond of $280,000. Meza also faces multiple Peeping Tom charges.
