Police search for suspect in armed robbery at NW Oklahoma City Family Dollar

Police are searching for a suspect who robbed a Family Dollar in northwest Oklahoma City on Thursday night.

Officers responded around 9:50 p.m. to reports of an armed robbery at the store, West Britton Road and North Classen Boulevard.

According to police, a male suspect entered the store, implied he had a weapon, and demanded money from the clerk. The suspect took cash and possibly cigarettes before fleeing on foot.

Police are searching for the suspect.

No injuries were reported.
