Fire causes total loss of house in SE Oklahoma City

A house that caught fire in SE Oklahoma City on Sunday appears to be a total loss, firefighters say.

It happened in a neighborhood near SE 15th St. and South Central Avenue around 7 a.m.

Oklahoma City Firefighters responded and extinguished the fire. A firefighter on the scene told News 9 that one person suffered minor burns on their face, and they refused transport to the hospital by ambulance.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation. No firefighters were hurt, authorities confirmed.
