Police investigate homicide after man found dead in NW OKC field

Oklahoma City police are investigating the death of 50-year-old Brian Sparks, whose body was found in a field Sunday with injuries consistent with homicide; no arrests have been made.

Police are investigating a homicide after a man's body was found in a field on Sunday.

Oklahoma City Police said they discovered the body after being called to check on someone near Northwest 32nd Street and Interstate 44.

They said the victim, who has been identified as 50-year-old Brian Sparks, appeared to have injuries consistent with homicide.

No arrests have been made.
