Former Oklahoma quarterback Dillon Gabriel is heading off to the NFL and this week at the Senior Bowl, he's wearing a unique helmet.
The second-leading passer in NCAA history played for UCF, Oklahoma and Oregon over six years in college football.
To honor all the schools he attended, he will wear a helmet that features all three logos.
On one side of the helmet is OU's iconic crimson logo, the back features a gold stripe with the UCF logo on the bottom and the other side is Oregon's famed silver wings.
Gabriel is on the "National" team with several OSU players including Ollie Gordon, Collin Oliver, Nick Martin and Trey Rucker.
His former teammate on the Sooners, Billy Bowman Jr., is on the "American" team.
"The Reese’s Senior Bowl is widely regarded as the preeminent college football all-star game and the first stage in the NFL Draft process. The longest continual-running all-star game has taken place in Mobile, Alabama the past 76 years. More than 900 NFL personnel, including key decision-makers from all 32 teams, and over 1100 media members from around the country were credentialed this year. This past April, the game produced 110 total picks, representing 43 percent of the entire NFL draft."
The 2025 Reese's Senior Bowl is Saturday, Feb. 1 at 1:30 p.m. CT in Mobile, Alabama. It will stream on NFL Network.
