A wanted man is now in custody according to the United States Marshal Service.
Deputies confirmed that Diamonte Proctor surrendered to U.S. Marshals in Oklahoma City on Friday Morning.
A $5,000 reward had been offered for information leading to Proctor's arrest on Wednesday. Proctor reportedly told Marshals that he was scared that other gang members would turn him in for the reward money.

Proctor is on probation in one case and has also been convicted previously of shooting with intent to kill. The current charges are from a case in Creek County in June where he is accused of pointing a gun at a couple and shooting the man.
