Sept. 18 is celebrated as 918 Day in Tulsa. The city designated 918 Day in 2018 to honor its diverse heritage, arts, and culture, referencing Tulsa’s area code.
Many local businesses provide discounts for the day, and 2024 will have the first-ever 918 Day Festival downtown.
Tulsa’s first 918 Day Festival, located on Chapman Green, will feature live performances, food vendors, and shopping. The event is free and will be from 5 to 9 p.m.
