City Of Tulsa Launches Neighborhood Academy Program

The City of Tulsa has a new program designed to get people involved in their neighborhoods.

Any Tulsan can learn about neighborhood associations, how to select officers, financial planning for neighborhoods and other topics.

The first class will meet on Oct. 26th.

An application can be sent for the program on the city's website.
