Woman Hit, Injured By Vehicle In Yukon

A woman was seriously injured after being hit by a car near Yukon High School late Friday night.

Oklahoma City Police said it happened west of Old Highway 4 and Yukon Parkway.

The woman who was hit was walking in the road in a not-well-lit area, according to police.

They said the driver who hit the woman called them, stayed on the scene and was not impaired.

They do not anticipate any charges against the driver.

The victim has not been identified.
