Man In Custody Accused Of Taking Child From Father At Gunpoint, Tulsa Police Say

Tulsa Police arrest a man they said took his girlfriend's child away from her dad at gunpoint.

The girl's father told officers that Martece Oliver came up to his car, pointed a gun at everyone inside and demanded the 6-year-old girl come with him.

TPD said its helicopter officers fand license plate cameras helped locate Oliver.

Police said a gun was found in his vehicle.

Oliver told police he dropped the girl off at her mother's house.
