OHP: Several Drownings Thursday, Lake Thunderbird Drowning Victim Identified

OHP identified the Lake Thunderbird drowning victim as 53-year-old Sean Mooney, from Harrah.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has responded to several reported drownings in Oklahoma.

One of which was at Lake Thunderbird.

OHP identified the Lake Thunderbird drowning victim as 53-year-old Sean Mooney, from Harrah.

OHP confirmed that Mooney was working on his boat and fell overboard for an unknown reason on Wednesday, and did not resurface. Family members reported him missing around noon on Thursday, OHP said.

He was found by OHP around 5:45 p.m. on Thursday.
