A former Logan County commissioner will not serve jail time after pleading guilty Friday to embezzlement.
Court records state Kody Ellis misused public money between July 2021 and July 2022 by fueling his personal vehicle with city-provided gasoline.
Ellis paid restitution and he'll remain on probation for five years.
